Reminders
Some reminders as you participate in our self-paced modules.
- Be prepared and ready to learn. Have a dedicated work area set up with all the materials needed (ideally, not in the bedroom or your bed). It is also important to continue with routines - get up, have breakfast, brush teeth, get dressed, and be ready to learn.
- Get some peace and quite. You will need a quiet place to learn without distractions - television, family, or roommates.
- Consider ergonomics. Adjust the height of your chair, keyboard, and screen so that you are comfortable.
- Set up good lighting and comfortable seating. To avoid eye strain, the light in the room should be at least as bright as the computer screen.
- Take breaks. Be sure to take breaks and find offline activities like research to do as well.
- Stay hydrated. Keep your favorite drink right beside you.
The program includes 51 hours scheduled live sessions and 21 hours self-paced learning. As you go through the learning modules, we advise a maximum of 2 hours of screen time per day for a more focused learning sessions.
